Headquartered in Morrisville, NC, Southern Energy Management is the Southeast’s rooftop solar and building performance expert.
Beginning with our Sweetwater community in Apex, NC, ExperienceOne Homes will be building 350 homes carrying Southern Energy Management’s independently verified ecoSelect certification. These homes will all feature a number of energy efficient features such as: programmable thermostats, high efficiency HVAC systems, energy efficient lighting, water fixtures that reduce water usage, and advanced air sealing. In addition, homebuyers will have the option of equipping their home with solar energy as well.
