ExperienceOne Homes Welcomes New Partner Corey Schmidt
RALEIGH, NC – New home builder ExperienceOne Homes, LLC announced that it has added Corey Schmidt as a partner, effective January 2014. Partners Lanny Caldwell and David Schmidt said, “We are delighted to welcome Corey to the leadership team and are confident that he will help us expand on our success in the Triangle area.”
The son of David Schmidt, Corey graduated from East Carolina University in 2003 with a degree in business management. He began his career with ExperienceOne Homes in 2004 as a construction manager and was most recently the head of construction. Corey said, “I’m proud to help continue the legacy that my father and Lanny Caldwell started, and look forward to contributing to the company’s expansion.”
ExperienceOne Homes is currently selling their Charleston Series in the Bowling Green development in Wake Forest, NC. They are also selling the Club Villa Townhomes in Wakefield Plantation. Upcoming projects include new developments in Wake Forest, Raleigh and Apex.
