Apex Approves ExperienceOne Homes’ Sweetwater Development
APEX, NC – The town of Apex has cleared the way for Sweetwater, the new mixed-use development coming soon from ExperienceOne Homes. In a vote conducted on March 17, Apex officials approved the rezoning of the development’s 165 acres in western Apex along U.S. 64.
The preliminary site plan for Sweetwater include 418 homes and townhomes, 11 uniquely designed pocket parks, a luxurious 4,200 sq. ft. clubhouse with pool and playgrounds, paved greenway trails, shopping, restaurants, and commercial office space.
The neighborhood will be pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks on both sides of the streets. By eliminating cul-de-sac streets and putting homes closer to the streets with multiple front porches, Sweetwater will encourage friendly interaction among neighbors.
ExperienceOne Homes will be building their full portfolio of beautiful home styles at Sweetwater, including the Charleston Collection, Beaufort Collection, Savannah Collection and Jamestown Collection – all featuring the finest construction materials with superior fit and finish. Sweetwater will feature a diverse range of homes and floor plans suited to all types of buyers. A variety of homes ideal for singles, professional couples, single parents and retirees will be priced from the low $200’s to $350,000. Larger home plans designed for traditional families will range from $425,000 to $675,000.
